Enquiries are sent directly to the Ultimate Judo management team, who are the only club personnel authorised to access them. Support coaches, assistant coaches and volunteers do not have access to these enquiries.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide any information or services you have requested. We do not automatically add enquiries to marketing mailing lists.
We process enquiry information under our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or, where appropriate, to take steps towards providing a requested service.
Our website is hosted by Prostack, and we use HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and our website.
We use ClubManagerCentral to manage website contact forms, free trial bookings and membership-related services. Information submitted through these services is processed through its platform and made available to authorised Ultimate Judo management personnel.
We also use Google Analytics for website statistics.
