Lunch: We will stop for lunch around 1300 for 45 mins. Catering is available on-site but judging by previous years will be a limited menu and potentially high queues. Please feel free to bring a packed lunch.
finish: 1600 The session will finish at about 1530 to allow time for photographs and autographs.
Can I please ask that all participants have clean Judo Gi, trimmed finger and toe nails and wear appropriate footwear off the mat (flip flops or trainers) please do not walk about off the mats with bare feet.
We have event t-shirts for sale on the day for £15 for all sizes. These will be sold on a first-come, first serve basis
We also have specially designed event posters for your clubs which will be signed by Jimmy and available in A3 format at £5 each
other information:
We encourage parents, family, teammates and friends to stay and watch the session. This is totally free of charge but we ask that when Jimmy is talking the spectators are silent as noise can be distracting for the participants and coaches (and Jimmy). Please feel free to take as many photos as you like during the day (as long as not being intrusive to the class). Please share any good photos of the day with us for our historical records and website etc.
Jimmy asks that no one videos the event. The superstars that we bring across do these seminars across the World and feel that snippets of the courses found on youtube and social media don’t always do them justice without the context of the session being shown. Ultimate Judo will be taking video of the day for our use after the event.
COACHES: Can all coaches looking to use the event for revalidation purposes please make sure that you sign in on the coaching sheet as well as normal check-in. you will need to know your JS membership number.
As always if you have any questions regarding the event, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Gordon
