We have successfully launched our virtual dojo. This can be accessed through the members area of our website and is free for all members past and present. On the dojo we have a variety of videos, challenges, quizes, games and information relevant to our members including videos from our facebook live sessions which we hold every saturday at 10am. These are availabel here shortly before 11am for those not on facebook to enjoy.
We know that this is not the same as being on the mats, however it will keep our knowledge growing and technique improving ready for our return.
Have a look, all members have been emailed the password and username however if you have not received this, drop me a message and i can sort that for you.
