The Ultimate Open 2011/12 is granted Grand Prix Status from JudoScotland

We’re thrilled to announce that Ultimate Open 2011/12 has officially been awarded Grand Prix status by JudoScotland. This means our competition is recognised as meeting the highest standards for event organisation, quality, and athlete experience — a big win for our club and the wider judo community.

What Is Grand Prix Status & Why It Matters

“Grand Prix status” is a badge of credibility in Scottish judo. To receive it, an event must satisfy strict criteria around:
