Abigael Achieves Top University Honour

Coach Abigael Mcbeath has achieved her full Blue Award for Judo from Robert Gordon University.
Everyone at Ultiamte Judo would like to congratulate Coach Abigael McBeath on being recognised for her outstanding sporting achievements by Robert Gordon University for the sport of Judo with her Full Blues Award.
the Full Blues Award is the highest sporting honour a student can get from their university and reserved for only those who excel in their sports.
Abigael is an RGU scholar studying Occupational Therapy. If anyone is looking for a role model for your young children , she is it.
This past year has been a tough one for Abigael after suffering a terrible leg break in competition. Her attitude to rehabilitation has been nothing short of inspiring and through all the pain and limited mobility, she has managed to excel in her studies, build her strength up with rigorous gym work and win Silver at the Scottish University Championships. As if that wasnt enough she has also got stuck into her regular coaching role with us at Ultimate Judo and even started a very successful monthly girls only session, inspiring more girls to stay in our sport.
Well done Abigael. we are all super proud to watch your journey.
